Info needed -- Sioux Falls,SD FT Sept 1-2

Someone told me that there was a FT in Sioux Falls, SD Labor Day weekend. I was thinking of competing; however, I can't find any info about the club, no website, not on EE, etc. Who do I need to call/email/write to get a premium?
