supplements???

I was wondering if anybody supplemented their dog. I have a year old curly coat, who is a VERY poor eater, is under weight and whose coat is not developing properly.
I have her on a high performance dog food, plus frozen Bil-Jac dog food and vitamin C for healthy bones.
The dog has a TON of energy, but she hates to eat. I give her all the food she wants, and still, she is too skinny!
Any suggestions???

Just to make things a little bit more detailed and clear....I have had her checked by the vet and wormed. There is nothing wrong with her
And she only has a given amount of time to each her meals, which is 15 minutes, two times a day. I stick with just the one main dry dog food plus Bil Jac. I have tried chicken, beef etc. But after a few days she looses interest in them and will not eat them
