Does anyone on here have a number i can call to talk to a real person i just recently bought a pair of waders and it feels like the shank is bent in the bottom of the left boot, but i went on and used them anyway ( no other choice) the sporting goods store i bought them from will not help me out with this so i hope the company will thanks
Ask the store you bought them from how to return a defective product. Personally if the waders were bought new I would look to the store that sold them to you to exchange them and let them deal with lacross. I have purchased two pair of waders over the years that needed to be returned both were due to leakes in the seams. In both cases the store took care of the problem. One was mail order and the other was a local hunting store. Each pair were new when the problem was found.
