I am in the market for a new Parka. I am looking at the Columbia Omni-Tech Quad Parka.

What is your thoughts on Parkas?

I, personally like the Widgeon (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/links/link.jsp?id=0033692942384a&type=product&cmCat=search&returnPage=search-results1.jsp&QueryText=columbia+widgeon&N=4887&Ntk=Products&Ntx=mode+matchall&Nty=1&Ntt=columbia+widgeon&noImage=0) better then their regular parka.

The Widgeon is the same coat--just shorter in length (which comes in handly when wade hunting.)

Either way, you can't go wrong with a Columbia Omni-tech.

It is a great parka. I like a shorter wader type jacket for wearing waders though if you are going to be doing much of that. I wish Columbia made a wader jacket.

Like this (http://www.cabelas.com/cabelas/en/templates/product/standard-item.jsp?_DARGS=/cabelas/en/common/catalog/item-link.jsp_A&_DAV=MainCatcat470076-cat601753&id=0035977942442a&navCount=6&podId=0035977942442&parentId=cat601753&masterpathid=&navAction=push&catalogCode=IG&rid=&parentType=index&indexId=cat601753&hasJS=true) one.
