WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAS HAD ANY ISSUES, WITH THE SPORTDOG E-COLLARS. I HAVE A WETLAND HUNTER 2000. I TRAIN 5-6 DOGS 5 DAYS A WEEK. MY MONETARY STIM BUTTON QUITE WORKING AFTER HAVING THE COLLAR ABOUT 6 MONTHS. ONE THING I WILL SAY IS THEY WERE QUICK GETTING OUT A REPLACEMENT. HAVE ALWAYS USED TRI-TRONICS TILL RECENTLY. JUST HOPE THE SPORTDOG COLLARS ARE AS DURABLE AS THE TRITRONICS.

THANKS,

RICHARD

Ive had my SD-1800 2years now and no problems, I train two dogs and hunt three to four times a week during the season, collar, transmitter, and handler have all been wet several times. :D

I have a couple of 2400's and an 1800 two dog. They work and are reliable. That's what an ecollar is supposed to be.

That said, I still like my Tri-Tronics 500 G2 2 dog better than any collar I've ever used. The ergonomics of the G2 works for me. The 2400 Sportsman comes fairly close and is on the truck and is used. The 1800 works fine but I leave it at home as I've never liked the Howard collar interface.
