Sue,

Chris crashed and burned with a three shot wait a minute while I reload sluice on the water. Kinda erase the memory on the retired gun as it was designed to do. He left after he picked up so didn't get the finals will have to wait until it is posted. Thanks for the Derby congrats, she earned it after doing "five series" and she was one of the four that did the test before it was scrapped with two dogs to run out of 18 dogs!

Sorry to bring up an old thread...I just saw this.
I have to say I felt so sorry for Chris as his was the only partial flyaway in the series....however all the flyers were sluiced as directed by the judges.
Chris didn't handle on the memory he said because he was still thinking of the win, but later said that was a mistake. He was pretty upset at the gunners at the time though. I was really rooting for him and Clyde.
He's a good young Golden that I'm sure will get another chance to shine.

He will and I believe he will become an AFC down the road. Clyde is one of the nicest young Goldens I have seen in the Mid-West in recent years. He has an excellent attitude, especialy around the water!
