There are lots of people in Ohio. Buckeye Retriever Club is a great place to start. Buckeye is located east of Chardon. Look for information on www.buckeyeretrieverclub.com

There is also the Ohio Valley Retriever Club that operates out of Coshocton and Delaware Ohio. They have become predominently a hunt test club with a possible qualifying to be offered in the fall but you'll get folks to train with if you ask. Jerry and I are the field trial members (we dabble in hunt tests too) but we won't be home until the end of April. You can pm me with any questions.
