At least one scratch in the Open--my pro called last night to say the boys thought Amy smelled good yesterday and this morniing he called again saying he was scratching her. I guess she's smelling better than fresh ducks and steaks to all the boys on board--so she's sitting this one out and we're gonna go visit a handsome red fluffy fella pretty soon.

Shaq wins the Open, Don Simson the Amateur.
Do not have all the details, but Don Remein did very well, with two other placements! Bill and Gay Freulings dogs took first and fourth, plus a second in the Derby. Big grats to Don, everyone finishing. Beautiful Open tests!

WOW, Congratulations Don. Actually Bill Fruehling owns (or is buying anyway) the derby dog that got 3rd too! So it must have been Shaq first, Kobe fourth. I wonder if they are qualified for the Nat'l yet? Bill and Gay are taking home a blue, red, yellow and white! Awesome.
