"NEVER FORGET WHY WE ARE THERE"- note the 9/11 patch

My son-pictured below with a NYFD 9/11 patch on his armored vest - in Afghanistan. He will be there until sometime in the 3rd Q of 2009.

If he runs into my nephew, SFC Chris Switzer (3rd or 4th tour), ask him to tell Chris we all say "Hi!" and we are proud of his service to America.

Yes, yes! God bless them all and thank them for without these brave and giving men and women, we would not live with freedom! My prayers to all of our military serving FOR us!
