This may be your first Advanced Seminar but I believe that Middle TN held the first one almost 3 years ago.

Is this being handled by the same AKC staff that currently put on the seminars that can't answer questions but rather stand in front of the class pointing at a whiteboard that says "AOF" explaining it can't be defined?

Is there any pre-requisits for the seminar?

For the field work, will it be a test dog or bring your own?

Eric

What you are refering to was a seminar for pointed master judges. Completly different from this. This concept has never been done and is for anyone and will count as a second seminar toward your judges requirement.

No pre-requisit. People only, no dogs, they will be on site.

Just a remiinder about this unique opportunity to have a real hands on, inter-active AKC judges seminar in the field with 5 AKC reps and a host of judges,, to discuss opinions, concerns and problems you would like to see addressed. We have had a great response so far and we do reserve the right to limit the number of participants so don't wait till the last minute.

Weather permitting, we will have a steak fry on Saturday after the first days field work if we have enough interest. Details will be e-mailed out following the closing of the registration period to those enrolled.

We are filling up nicely but always can make room for more. Since the bulk of the weekend will be outside, we should be able to handle 55-60 quite easily. Thanks for the interest.

We still have some room. Remember this will count as a second required seminar. Registration closes on April 13, 2009. It looks to be a very involved 2 day event with a lot of interaction between participents and reps. Should be fun.

Just wanted to post a quick bit of thanks to all that were involved in putting on a great and very educational seminar this past weekend. The 5 AKC Reps, numerous club members and handlers were all great and I for one, came away from the weekend with a lot more knowledge and better understanding.

Special thanks to Chuck and Chuck for pulling this together.
