So now the ACORN folks are telling their "followers" that if their house is foreclosed on, they should barricade themselves inside and require the authorities (banks, police...you pick) to use FORCE to remove them?

I should have put civil disobedience in "quotes"......

If we're lucky, anarchy will NOT rule by the next election....which can't come soon enough....

LOL! Just pay them.

It is not uncommon for banks, in order to gain possession of a foreclosed home, to pay the residents to leave. Yup, just hand 'em over some cash to expedite the whole thing.

Sometimes, the owners have left and rented the property to a tenant. Banks will make the same offer to the tenant when possible. Once the property is vacant, the bank can proceed to secure the property from unauthorized entry.

So is ACORN going to pay all the legal fees for these people? Lord knows they can't pay for them or they would have paid the rent.
