13 to the 4th series of the Derby? Hubby is having a l-o-o-o-n-g day. He was concerned about having to judge a 34-dog Derby in one day.

Loren and/or Helen,

Did they finish the Derby? In other words, do I need to be there at 8 am sharp for the Q tomorrow (since "hubby":) is also judging that)?

Melanie...we finished. I ran at 7:50! Amie Duke and Luann took all the placements, Amie first. Free and I got the RJ. Proud of her. Have fun in the rain tomorrow!
Too bad you missed th "National Qualifying" delayed quad in the fourth series. J.O. WON!!!!! Way to go girl!!!

Yes, Melanie, the Derby finished today (around 8 p.m. just as Lynn reported) so you have to be there tomorrow at 8 a.m. for the Qual.

Talked to hubby at 9:30 p.m.; he was soaked to the skin and looking forward to getting out of wet clothes, taking a hot shower, and going to bed. He couldn't remember all the placements. He remembered:

#1 - was #31
#2 - was a Golden Retriever handled by Luann Pleasant. (That was Pat DeNardo's Holy Terra, I think).

Sorry, but someone else is going to have to list exact Derby placements and Jams. The Derby judge was too wet and tired to be much help.

...this is good! :) ... Any other results? Tammy? Good Luck to all in the Q!

Yahoo! Thanks for the news, Helen. Hubby's day will be much shorter today. Finished the water blind about an hour and a half ago.

Following yesterday's quad in the 4th series of the Q, today we have a delayed triple in the 4th series of the Derby.

No, they are not the same judges.

Hi Helen,

Your husband is a wonderful man!

He took time away from the trial to take my dog to the vet today after an injury in the 2nd series of the derby. Please let Don know that I REALLY appreciate him and his help with my dog Rocco today! His gracious attitude is the reason why I enjoy this game so is not just about the dogs it is also about the relationships with the people! I cannot thank him enough for what he did for me!!!
