PTT - Push to talk headsets for talkabout radios

Does anyone here, use a headset with their talk about walkie talkies? If so which ones do you use and does it have the PTT (push to talk) feature?

I ordered several different headphone sets. The one I like the best is marketed under the name Otto. It was around $40.

When I wear it I flash back to my days of working at McDonolds. Those were the days. Sixteen years old and all that cash in my pocket....
