If all military detainees are entitled to all our constitutional rights, then it would seem that this is perfectly logical.

Or ... is there some exemption for the military when it comes to questioning military detainees in a field of battle?

They aren't our citizens, so why should our constitution prevail in a warzone not on our soil where our boys are being killed or wounded at high rates?
