I'm thinking of buying a trailer and of course an option is a fan. I train during the summer and have thought about getting the fan. I have GSPs and they might tolerate the heat a little better than the big black labs but for those of you that have trailers with fans are they worth the extra money? Do you use the fan only when the trailer is stationary?
Thanks for the help......

Most major trailer builders have their fans as standard equipment. I would not have a trailer or box without a fan. The fans are exhaust fans, pulling heat out of the trailer. My fans are used when my dogs are wet to pull the evaporation out. I do not use my fans traveling. Open your vents and you will get plenty of fresh air, may be hot this time of the year but it will help. Try to travel early or late in the summer months.
