by appointing Czars he evades Congressional oversight...they answer to one person only ..BHO..it basically makes the cabinet positions nothing but figure heads

It's the fastest and dirtiest way to Fascism. Just what the Chicago mob and Soros desire...anything to undermine the basic beliefs and freedoms of the USA.

So clear me up on this. Are we becoming communists, socialists, or facists? Seems you guys can't pick on any one thing and agree.
I thought the USA was a republic.

Here is a brief description for those of you unfamiliar;

http://www.stutzfamily.com/mrstutz/WorldAffairs/typesofgovt.html

For the time being, it seems we have an Exec. and Leg. government, popularly elected that seems to reflect the majority view. Why can't some of you get over this? The pendulum will certainly swing the other way, as it always does.
Is BO my messiah? Of course not. Was GB yours? I doubt it. Do we have a perfect system of government? Yes! Because it allows for freedom of choice, and swings back and forth to reflect individual conscience at any given moment in time.
I still have faith in the American experiment, and believe that this is a good country, peopled by good intentions, whether or not I, or you agree at any particular juncture in that experiment.
Is our country changing and evolving? Yes! Visit your local Wal-mart, if you doubt.
You can lament the changes. Or you can adapt to them.
These changes have been brought about by all of us, Dem, Repub, Con and Lib alike. It's just the way things are. You can choose to be angry and resentful, but it ain't gonna change the way things are.

I'm curious what your thoughts are regarding selective firing of US Attorneys and recess appointments of judges and executive appointees in order to stack the judicial system and a few others? And just to make it interesting, lets pretend Obama is the one who did it. Those tacticts also seem to fall in line with rising totalitarian regeims within democracies.

Van Jones, self admitted communist AND an ex con. What is HE doing so close to the seat of power?

Sure, ok. Is it ok for him to selectively fire attorneys and carry out recess appointments? Or is that power-grabbing? I am curious to see what you think about those practices, and how that opinion is applied to all parties equally.

These attorneys are basically at will employees. Clinton fired 93 when he came into office because he could.

Bush fired 7 that he had appointed in his first term. What is the big deal. They did not like their performance so they were fired.

The cry baby left needs to get over it.

Name calling does no good in debate. It shows frustration.
Bringing up Clinton? Gosh, it's only been 9 years! The cry baby far right needs to get over it. Oops, I name-called.

But seriously, all presidents replace the attorneys typically upon taking office. That is their right. Was was an aberration in Bush's regime, was that after seeing their performance, namely failing to harass political adversaries, selective firings occurred. That is politicizing the justice department, something that his predecessors, both republican and democrats, avoided doing.

No frustration here.

You and I both know the left are about the most frustrated and unhappy group around.

Its all about politics. Get over it. Besides who would worry about 7 lawyers. A few less would not hurt this country any.
