Great. Hopefully if plaintiffs are unable to show any real foundation they will be ordered to pay all costs of defending the case.

But what if they do show a foundation? Usually I find this kind of stuff
kind of a waste of time, and I have a hard time believing that this kind of thing would really go unnoticed if it were true, but I must admit the thought of this guy getting tossed out of office brings a smile to my face.

While I would not feel happy with that either, that is not a possibility, so we don't have to worry about it.
