More Bush administration secrets revealed.

The CIA has built one of its secret European prisons inside an exclusive riding academy outside Vilnius, Lithuania, ABC News has reported.

Citing a Lithuanian government official and a former US intelligence agent, the US TV network said the agency built the concrete prison inside what had been an exclusive riding academy outside Vilnius.

Documents provided by Lithuanian officials showed a now-defunct CIA front company, Elite LLC, bought the property from a family and built the "black site" in 2004, the report added.

After former president George W. Bush visited Lithuania in 2002 and pledged to support its bid to join NATO, the country agreed to allow the CIA prison, according to ABC News.

The president of Lithuania called for an official investigation Tuesday into an ABC News.com exclusive report in August that the CIA (http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/Investigation/story?id=1322866) housed a secret prison (http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/Investigation/story?id=1375123) for al Qaeda (http://abcnews.go.com/Blotter/story?id=6664947&page=1) suspects in Lithuania for more than a year beginning in 2004.

Should every man, woman, and child in America be privy to every piece of information regarding our national security? Don't you think that the president and CIA should know more about these things than we do?

Other than that, what's your point? Cut and paste, with no purpose?

Psssst....Hey Rog, perhaps you're not aware, but the practice of rendering prisoners to countries like Lithuania is one of the Bush policies that Obama has kept (and reportedly even expanded).

Obama preserves renditions as counter-terrorism tool

The role of the CIA's controversial prisoner-transfer program may expand, intelligence experts say.

You might want to give a rats azz because I heard on the news this morning that Lithuania is going to start an investigation and wants to prosecute the Americans involved with the illegal torture techniques used there.

We're getting ahead of ourselves. First things first.

We need to appoint a Czar in Charge of Rendering Prizoners to Lithuania.
