There is no one as astute on the issue as Gov Jindal who reformed La. Healthcare system.

Gov Jindal, though not charismatic on camera knows his stuff and also the only true genius in a Governor's seat.

With any of these political debates, there needs to be some agreement on what some of the words mean. Tax cut, spending cut, increase, etc. Those words seem to mean different things to different people, and actually mean different things to the same person, depending on what load of BS they are trying to sell.
