This year the Canadian Open National is in Merritt, BC (Sept 20-25)
Right next door to Washington!

To qualify you need only one 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th place in either the Open
or Amateur Stake.

The BC Gun Dog trial to be held on April 10th - 11th - does NOT conflict
with any Washington or Oregon trials!!!!!!!!!!
This is a great opportunity to fill an empty field trial weekend and have a
chance at qualifying for our NATIONAL !!!!

You can get a Cdn Money Order at any US bank to cover your entry fees.
DO NOT write payable in Cdn Funds on US checks. We cannot accept
any US cheques......your payment must be in the form of a Cdn Money
order.
NOTE: it takes two first class US Stamps to mail into Canada.
CLOSING DATE FOR TRIAL IS MARCH 30TH.
Or.....you can give to John Gunn at the Tacoma trial Mar 26/27 - he
will deliver completed entries and payments in full to the trial secretary.

Merritt is in the Interior...do a mapquest inquiry to get some more info from your location.
.....but heck, people travel clear
across the country for Nationals....what's a few hours drive;-)

Do they still hold the BC gundog trial at Pitt Meadows?? Merrit is a great place for a national. Ran up there many years ago. Just as good as Kamloops and Logan Lake. Actually closer for the WA. folks. I have alot of memories at Pitt Meadows. Wish I could be there.
