Just got off a very long (good) conversation with a fellow named Tom @ Golden Lakes Jackets.

Not many business's I call anymore give me the feeling of going back to the days when business was more of a person's promise to quality and all the things you never here anymore....

I only ordered one item, but the call lasted 40 minutes, while we discussed what was best for each situation, the weather, a visit to Galax Virginia once to a fiddler's contest.

A promise if I don't like the jacket, I can send it back and he would work with me to get the one I liked.

Just thought that was cool!

Agree to both the above...

Don't think I had a phone conversation with him shorter than 30 mintues. Talked about everything from what type of dog I had, how old she was, her name, how he designed his products and chose a certain material.

I got the Southern Comfort Mesh Backed in White and LOVE it. Don't know if the dog is telling the diffrence or thinking "is this idiot going to try and train me again?". Either way its official.
