If you are looking for a place to repair a Max 5000 (or other gun dog supplies) I would like to commend to you Misty Marsh Gun Dog Supplies. Trent repaired my unit, including a new regulator and an O2 guage and a general dusting and cleaning, for a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner.

Unfortunately, the shipping and customes cost as much as the repair but that's not their fault.

I second that! I made a recent order with Trent, in speaking to him on the phone I changed my order and purchased a Dogtra remote launcher with 2 recievers. He had the items drop shipped from Dogtra to save me a few bucks on shipping and I had them in a day. Very pleased with the transaction I will do business with them again!
