All I know is that the first in the open is an out of order triple, swing across test to go bird, 2 retired.

I’ve seen that Scott and Pat judge before
I can’t imagine their test could be anything but easy

All that I know, JS, is that Eckett took 1st & 3rd (but I do not know with which dogs) & Isaac took 2nd with Rocker (Yipee) & 4th with Kat. Congratulations to all.

1st series of the open was real tough...big big hunts on the right hand retired bird that was thrown across a channel onto an island with 3 water entries en route and very windy and cold conditions. Go bird was a flyer about 60 yards from line across a small channel and as the weather degenerated several dogs had big hunts on the flyer and a few even had to be picked up after driving real deep. The left retired didnt prove as difficult but a strong crosswind faded several dogs way off line with two water entries en route. I marked down call backs but Iam not positive that I got all of them. It was a good test but very hard to judge as many dogs were picked up and nearly all had gigantic hunts on at least one bird. Saw several dogs this morning at the start of the water blind but cruised over to the derby around noon and didnt see the end. Thats all Ive got!

Well alright then, Glenda!! Congratulations to you & Dave & Rocker and to Kurt & Kat! :D

Outstanding job, Isaac! Way to go! By my rough calculations, that's around 36+ points and a bunch of RJs for the Rock River crew already this year!

Awesome. :D

Issacs has finished or placed in 14 of the 16 Opens he has handled dogs in- not bad for a "Country Boy"!
