Congratulations to two very dedicated and nice Sharon's.

Yahoo, Sharon G. and Blue winning the Blue in the Open. I have loved that Blue since he was a pup. And then Blue and JR. for Jams in the Amateur.

Sharon Long and Carry( Phoenix and Peach) winning the Qual. Carry could run great long blinds at a very young age. Also Sharon L. and Vince getting a RJ in the Qual. Way to go.

What a weekend!

I love Jeff T's quote on his signature line:

"First we pray they have talent. Then we pray they are tractable. Then we pray they are lucky. Then we pray we don't make mistakes. Then we pray they stay healthy. Then we pray they have a lengthy old age when we can just enjoy them as pet dogs." - Milly B. Welsh

Blaze and I have had the first three prayers answered in some measure (about him, not me).

I've bolluxed up prayer #4.

Although it's been a challenge on prayer #5, I hope, above all, that prayer #6 comes to be.

(Thanks for all the encouragement and kudos re Blaze's AM win this past weekend; he has been and continues to be a joy to stand next to on the line...)
