Swamp Cooler (Dog cooler)?

Anyone use one of these? Training for me has been slow heat has been a major factor along with the snake incident. Input please.

Given that a dog is covered with hair over the area that this vest covers, it would seem to me that it would be better worn upside down on a more exposed area like the abdomen.

A cooler full of ice and water with some towels is cheaper and more versatile. Just my .02
