Tri Tronics G3 Reciver Setting

I just got a G3 Reciver and Remote, but I cant set the reciver and the remote. I followed the instructions to set it but when I hit the button on the remote, the reciver doesnt flash. Anyone ever had that problem and if so how did you fix it?

Call Tritronics Customer Service and have them walk you through the process to make sure you did it right. Then if it doesn't work have them replace the unit.
