I'm kind of surprised not to see Chicago, Philadelphia, and NYC on this list.

I heard that when the Raiders are at away games, Oakland falls off the list.

I was stationed at the Marine Barracks at NAS Alameda in the late 70s. I lived in Oakland. That billing for Oakland near the top of that list is justified

I would bet that for cities under 75k Washington DC tops the list, there are at least 535 thieves stealing a paycheck and pension from the American public

I grew up in the Bay Area. Oakland can be a rough place. Take a wrong turn and you better not get out of your car.

I'm 20 miles from Flint and 40 miles from Detroit. Both are $hitholes. Guess what is the common trait of all of the cities on the list? And don't call me a racist!!!

There's a difference between associations and causations.
Nothing on that sort of scale is simple in its explanations.

I'll make three guesses;

1) Municipalities controlled by Democrats
2) Inner-city Preachers and Deacons blaming everyone but the culprits
3) Federal subsidies promoting poverty
