Placed an embargo on all imported goods from China until they get N Korea under control? Meaning that China would have to impose a regeime change to a more moderate government in N Korea.
Do we really need all those cheaply made goods? I know they also make better goods like Apple Products (iPods, iPads etc) but, so what!
It may be time to quit knuckling under to Chinesse pressure and stand our ground.

an embargo on imported goods from China would literally cripple the retail markets here at home. for example a company like Nike would have zero product to sell or in terms of something many on here can relate to, how many decoy manufacturers are here in the US...you think G&H and Blue Collar Decoys are expensive now..yikes

And "what if" - - - - - China called in for payment on our debt to them.

No doubt companies like Walmart, Cabelas and Avery would be crippled since most of thier products are made in China.
But, would it be a better alternative than a war between North and South Korea? One which would cost us billions in aide to the South. Not to mention any military envolvement by us.
China is now killing us with our debt. They won't get involved with North Korea because they know it is another burden on the USA. They would gladly foresake USA consumers for a downfall of the USA. One reason why they are allowing us to borrow more money than any sane country would allow. The want to destroy us with our own greed and apathy.
May be time for us to suck it up and tough it out!

It all goes to prove when it comes to the fact there is no patriotism when it comes to making a quick buck.
