Ohio Valley Retiever Club (OVRC) is going all out this spring with a Owner Handler Qual., Double Master, Double Junior and a Single Senior April 15, 16, and 17.
OVRC is a Master National Club so the Double Master could result in 2 passes for this years Master National in one weekend!!! And while there why not try your hand at running a Q.

The weekend will begin on Friday, April 15th with the Qualifier and first Master Stake kicking things off. Saturday, April 16th we start the second Master Stake and run the first Junior Stake. Sunday we will conclude the weekend with the second Junior and Single Senior Stake.

In addition to a big weekend of dog play, we will be having a banquet and raffle Saturday night at Roberta's on pine Street. Come and get a great meal and spent some time with good people. Plus take a chance to win one of the many raffle items.

We have decided to give a OVRC Sash to any dog that completes their title at our spring test. This will be in addition to the standard Rossette.

For those of you who don't know, a sash hangs over the dogs neck with a Rossette. The Sash will read Master Title or Senior Title or Junior Title, which ever applies.

We felt this would be something that people could keep to remember the special day that is a little different than the standard rossette.

Dinner/Raffle Change

With the larger entries we have decided to move the Satuday night dinner to Roberta's. It has a larger room to allow us to spread out and the food is great!!! Doors will open at 6pm with dinner starting at 7pm.

Signs will be posted at the test with directions. The cost is $10.00 per person and includes all foods and drinks. Pop, tea and water will be included. "Other beverages" may be brought in if you would like.;-)

This should be a great event with plenty to eat!!

Will the ribbons be handed out at the dinner, or will they be handed out when the test is finished?

The ribbons from the Friday Q and Junior Saturday will be handed out at the dinner. Maybe the Master from Friday also, but I'm thinking that will still be running Sunday morning.

O/H Qual placements. I recieved a call last night with one of the placements.

3rd place went to #5 "Legend" O/H Dan Wegner
