Working on his tan in Florida???????????

Turns out he and a campaign staffer were making the national rounds on the conservative circuit.
According to a Sunday piece on the right-wing website News- Max, Gov. Scott Walkerhad dropped (http://www.jsonline.mobi/newswatch/119776919.htm) by its headquarters in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Friday. The story (http://www.newsmax.com/InsideCover/scott-walker-prosser-election/2011/04/10/id/392402) said the trip was part of "a nationwide tour to drum up support for a new effort, FrontlineWisconsin.com, that seeks to defend eight Wisconsin GOP senators from a massive recall campaign that now is under way."

Instead of trying to cut the deficit in Wisconsin he and his "staff" bolstering Florida's economy.

Instead of trying to cut the deficit in Wisconsin he and his "staff" are spending the State Of Wisconsin's peoples money bolstering Florida's economy.

Hmmm. When the story first broke, many here were admonished for not being from Wisconsin, therefore it wasn't any of our business, and we shouldn't even comment. Now he is taking his show on the road all over the US to garner support??

Well, which is it? A national issue....or all non-Wisconsonites MYOB????

Gee, Roger, I didn't hear you bellyaching when your boy goes gallivanting all over the world wasting tax payer money on his apology tour, or his "lets give money to South America" tour or his much needed vacation time.

You may have to find something else to stir up this morning.

All Presidents not just Obama have gone to other Countries to attend conferences to represent the United States. Other Country's leaders have come to the United States to attend U.N. meetings and other conferences.

I don't believe Obama went to any "conferences" on his apology tour, the SA tour and the India trip. These, as most, were trips he wanted to take and drummed up excuses to justify them. No different than anyone else trying to make a pleasure trip into a business deduction.

Yes, all POTUSs do it and so do all governors. Doesn't make it right. I suspect governors are subject to much closer IRS scrutiny that the POTUS.
