I am hard on equipment as my always tells me. I just wanted to give props to several companies that have stood by their product and taken care of me in no particular order. I lost a Gunner's Up ring to hook the rubbers to. I called Jerry and had one sent to me free of charge and received t in two days. I had a pair of Danners and the zipper broke. The company had discontinued the product but they gave me a full credit of the last known full price. They are going to allo me to buy a pair of Danners or LaCrosse with the credit. I also had a Speed BEad that stopped working even with a new battery. The company told me to send it in and they sent me a brand new replacement. I had a pair of Under Armour glasses that were losing their tint. With no proof of purchase, they replaced free of charge. I have always been a believer in buy from the company with the best customer service. These companies have sold me on their products for many years to come.

costa del mar has great customer service on glasses also
