Open - land out of order triple with ouside guns retired. 1st gun (rt) about 300 yds, 2nd gun (lft) about 250, flyer up the middle about 125. Left bird is killing the dogs. Land influence is making dogs push right and way off the mark and eating their lunch.

Q - land reverse hip pocket, out of order, 2nd gun retired (rt outside) with an honor. Land blind mixed in. I think around seven out of 17 to water blind. Not real long but very tight and dogs are ping ponging pretty good.

Congrats to Sally and Don. She ran a nice Q!

Congrats also to Dick Ellis (3rd place Tule) and to Chris Hatch (4th place Riser) who Don and Sally train with every week. They are the same pups Sally competed against all during Derby.

This may have been Sally's last time to run the Qual. She is "almost ready" to run in the Amateur to get the experience of the big dog stake.
