for a man that is almost blind from retinitis pigmentosis, Steve Wynn sees the situation quite well

Very interesting considering this is a guy who was a huge Obama supporter during the election.

The bottom line is you cannot continue to run a country like we have a forest full of money trees growing an endless and unlimited supply of cash. Everyone in this country except the government is expected to tighten their belts when the economy is hurting.

All you have to do is look across the pond at Greece and Spain to see what lies ahead for the USA if we do not stop the unbridled spending spree we have been on for the last forty years. Both parties have continued to kick the can down the road, and we are just about to the end of the road. Now everyone wants to point fingers and blame the other guy.

I don't care who is to blame for starting the problem forty years ago, or even 10 years ago, I just want the idiots in D.C. right now to stop spending money they don't have and fix the problem.

I am not sure why cut, cap, and balance is so bad considering that is exactly what we do with our check book. We cut out the extras, cap our spending to meet our income (which is being reduced), and balance our budget. Seems like a pretty reasonable and simple concept to me. Even my kids who are all under ten understand that if you spend more than you have it creates problems. Just watch them in line at the store spending their birthday money...they figure out economics real quick. Not sure why elected officials can't figure this out.

Steve Wynn votes with his wallet in mind, many here in Vegas will never forgive BHO for the off the cuff comment he made about visiting Vegas, they took it as a big time snub considering they had big labor here in town back him instead of Hilary back in 08..some people here in town just hold a grudge....and they usually get even
