Computer was down for over a week so I was doing a good bit of reading. Two of the books would be enjoyed by many of you on the forum.
"Indian Givers" by Jack Weatherford. Goes into some of the things adopted by our forefathers when forming this country that were borrowed from the native Americans ways of running things. Not all chapters are about that though.
Other book is "1491" by Charles C. Mann. I have not finished this one yet.
It is about the "New World" before 'discovery'. Most interesting.
