My wife swims with an older group whose members are slowly depleting - today is the funeral for one of those - his favorite cake was a German Chocolate which apparently is not something all bakers do - So one of the ladies finds this baker who will do it - He asks "What do you want on the cake" she says "Coats" which was the deceased's last name. As she is getting ready to pay the baker asks "Do you want Happy Birthday under the name or over it?"

my favorite cake is German chocolate too....my mom always made me one for my birthday when I was a kid..great memories there...I do know what you mean about the older members disappearing, been happening a lot more lately to old FT and hunting pals
