Heading to South Dakota tomorrow morning to chase some ditch parrots! I am pretty excited as my dad will be making the trip after not going for quit a few years. At 83 this is most likely his last trip. My brother is going as well as a couple good friends that grew up in the same neighborhood as us. My dad, brother and I will be hunting with our Brownings, Light twelve, ventalated rib with gold trigger. All Belgium made. Dad had his and bought my brother and I each one when we were growing up. I haven't had mine out of the safe in a long time.
It was 35 years ago last month my dad took me out of school for a week to go to Iowa pheasant hunting with him and his buddy. I was in seventh grade. Great memories and get to make some more the next several days. Can't wait!
