It was amusing watching a Senate sub-committee doing a "fact-finding" Q & A concerning the XL pipeline. Henry "nostralitis" Waxman just railed about how unsafe that pipeline would be to the 'sacred' environment. And of course he found a couple Cornhusker toads that were absolutely positive the pipeline would cause irreversible damage beyond repair. Democrats that fall on the sword for Obama couldn't give a damn about the needs of the nation, they only care that their oligarchy stays in power, so their unions can survive.

Even shown a map like this, their blind support of Obama is all that matters to them. Calling them "unAmerican" is just too forgiving. They indeed are the FOOLS that continue to suck the government teat, until we all go down with them.

The Heartland Institute received this from a petroleum engineer from the Amarillo, Texas area. Note the extensive network of existing pipelines in the area deemed too “risky” for the Keystone XL pipeline.

Couldn't agree more. I have many friends in NE, and like SD we have the 'fools' we must deal with.

I apologize if my post used too broad a brush that you feel might have included you. Much like Stan in Wisconsin, conservatives like you and I are being challenged daily. Even when the left is hit over the head with a map that shows how stupid their arguement is, they just continue on, as if no real facts existed. And then, they get some local brain-washed mental midget to support their position.

Apparently, NE Democrats are too stupid to be embarrassed by the facts, or they've been offered something to go before a Congressional committee and make fools of themselves. That NE 'citizen' that read his "testimony' yesterday was to be pitied. He wasn't the least bit flummoxed by the lies he was asked to repeat... like "there will only be 6 permanent jobs created by this project, in Nebraska". Sad.:confused:
