Dow Close 2/28

My source (Yahoo) and www.theretrievernews.com/home have the Dow closing yesterday at 12. Entry Express has the Dow closing at 69. Which is correct?

For 02 /28 /2012 --.12 is correct

Entry Express did the same thing a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully they will find someone shortly who knows how to read the Dao on the right day.
