A long and colorful career that allowed him to play with some of the greatest muscians of all time. IMO The Band and Bob Dylan represented the best of American music, all eras!
Great video clip to start the day with, thanks.

The Band- Whether hearing Whispering Pines, Arcadian Driftwood, The Weight or The Night They Drove Dixie Down The band produced exceptional music. Manual, Danko, and now Helms are gone. Their musical legacy continues.
"I know one thing, no one can sing, dem blues like blind Wilie McTell".
