Hi Howard - I was looking for information on an issue i just encountered and saw u mention a fear period? Here is my post from earlier today, do you have any familiarity or advice on what I should be doing?
"I am training a puppy who was doing great with her obedience - sit, long sit, down, etc. All of a sudden yesterday when i gave her the sit command she crept off in a submissive way. All of her training has been reward based, so the fearful response has been very frustrating / upsetting. I tried the sit command again this morning and she tried to sneak away to hide again today.

What do I do, why is she acting like this. How do I get her confidence back?

Hi Julie, Nope hasn't happened yet. I had one pup who had one up at 7 weeks but at 8 weeks it had come down. Closest I've come.
