what do you call the white spots on labs feet?

I remember reading a post a while back that had pictures.
I saw a black lab today with a white spot on each toe. I think that same post had lab on it with patches around the eyes.
I just couldn't remember what everyone had referred to it as other than a disqualifying fault

Are you thinking about "Bolo marks?" I thought they were on the underside of the paw, but I'm not sure.

great-----------I was thinking of bolo marks.

Bolo marks from the Ch Banchery Bolo in the 1920-30's. I had a litter of pups from the Lean Mac lineage and all of the pups had those marks as pups. Banchery Bolo appears twice in Lean Mac's pedigree as I remember...so my assumption right or wrong is that it came from that side of the pedigree. Super Powder was said to have also thrown the white patches...

Google Banchery Bolo - it is pretty interesting about his American Kennel and owners...

One of the pups out of this litter has a white toe. They are Lean Mac grandpups.

ya it has passed on down with the pup i have who is a great grandson to lean mac.. i think they are kinda cool! :)
