GDG - Share the Wealth

So, when does the wealth of Bill Gates, Warren Buffet, and Obama get shared with the masses?

When they die. However, Gates is clearly trying to share his now as does Buffet. I don't think Obama has much to share.

He just spent a BILLION Dollars to win a job that pays $400K per year. I'm thinking he has a plan to level that up some.
