When I grew up in Northern Illinois we had to be licesed to buy ammunition. All this liscensing worked very well. Today you have a better chance of being murdered in Chicago then being killed in Iraq. They have had forty plus years to perfectand they aren'tcloser to eliminate gun crimes.
