4. Will it be an additional tool for the legal system to use in prosecuting criminals. Nope. There are so many gun laws on the books now that a prosecutor can take his pick. Besides, any real gun crime committed would break substantially higher laws than any put forth in this bill.
So what exactly is the purpose of this bill? Lets face it. It paves the way for a complete ban on guns.

I think I can say most of us on this board object to any type of gun control and we are more interested in criminal control. Our legislators seem more interested in inconveniencing law abiding citizen than they do criminals.Quote:
