I'm not ashamed at all.The people that voted for him made a HUGE mistake.

I personally am more concerned about what President Obama is doing about;

#1--The Economy
#2--The Market
#3--The Deficit
#4--Defeating terrorism
#5--Taxes
#6--Illegal immigrants
#7--Gas prices (taxes again)
#8--The Porkulus package
#9--The Treasury plan
#10-Wallstreet
#11-Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
(there are more,but you get my drift here)

I could care less about;

#1--Michelle's wardrobe
#2--Swing sets
#4--Carville, Begala and Emanuel's hatred for Rush!!

I don't care how he spends his money. I'm worried about how he wants to spend MINE.

Who cares what kind of dog he's buying or what kind of swing set he buys for his kids or how his wife dresses or how much she works out. So what if his hair is suddenly turning gray? I could not care less about his brother in Kenya or his aunt in New York. All of that stuff is just distraction from the real issues. I don't dislike the man personally. I don't know him personally. I simply think that his positions on many issues are either misguided or intentionally distructive to our nation.

Okay, since I am now on a roll today.........

The problem I see with the $7000.00 swingset is who swindled BO into that one! The most that darn thing SHOULD have cost was $2000.00!

Another example of someone over inflating prices.....what did it have $200.00 bolts holding it together......

Why has this happened throughout our governments history? Why does the government always pay 5X what something is worth. I know he used his "own" money but I am sure some staffer helped him find the overpriced thing in the first place. Looks like more wasteful spending to me.

As a matter of interest, where did the $7000 price quote come from? The dealer's quoted price for that set is about $3500. We actually have a similar set at my church from the same company.

The same procurement guys at the Navy that used to pay $2000 for toilet seats got him that deal;)

Just to be the fly in the ointment, the President is supposed to be a leader and part of being a good leader is setting a good example.
