I think congress in its zest for blood passed an unconstitutional bill per Article 1 section 9 which states "No bill of attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed."

How about the pillory or stocks on the steps of the Capitol so all who pass can riducule and chuck the odd piece of rotten fruit at them?
