The Navy should have a Sniper Badge for their uniform for confirmed SEAL sniper kills. Maybe in the shape of a skull with a hole through it. Also allow a requalification bar for 2nd Award, 3rd Award, 4th Award, etc.
Not the Seals' kind of thing ;-) They rather prefer being legends.
Nothing made me more mad then BLAma OBLA BLAHama's lack of support for taking out the pirate's while the cap'tn was on the swim.
