Since you seem to be keen on telling us, please go ahead.

Based on Fuller's age and his statement about being in the military, I willing to bet the guy knows exactly what an ear necklace is and exactly how one is made. That is the scary part.

Look, the man (Fuller) has suffered a physical, and it appears likely, severe mental trauma on top of a self described non-physical disability. This "You're dead" thing was initially thought just to be a reaction to Humphries opinion to hold off debate until emotions cool. But now, it's been shown he had some issues before the show ever started or Trent ever spoke.
In lieu of his statements, even before the program, and actions at the Town Hall, I'm glad he's getting the mental exam. We'll never know but maybe, if Jared's parents had acted on the recommendation by the college that he get an exam, this whole thing might have been avoided. Maybe this exam will help avert a future tragedy involving Fuller.
