Moreover, whatever starts in the Suez will soon enough spill over into the Persian Gulf where I believe even more oil passes through or originates than the Suez. The Iranians are not exactly fish in the Persian Gulf and have demonstrated the ability and capacity to affect the world's flow of oil.
