Report Army Deploys Illegal Psy-Ops on U.S. Senators

Recent report that Lt. General Caldwell ordered Psy-ops on visiting U.S. Senators. It is reported that Psy-Ops officers who questioned those orders, knowing they are contrary to U.S. law, were reprimanded.
